Place is very nice on the surface. Property and amenities are as described on their site. However in the short time Ive lived here its become very evident that they care more about people smoking on the property than the constant complaints of stollen packages as well as break ins to cars and garages (which connect directly into apartments). We pay way too much have to be worried that a package will be stollen in four hours of not being home. It is now my responsibility to buy security cameras to protect my family because the only response by management is to have packages delivered else where lololol.

Cheating management team with very unprofessional conduct! Gave 60-day move-out notice on 8/13, moved out on 10/12. Management team refused to transfer utilities to their account after move out and I am still being charged two months after I moved out. When I contacted them, I was told by Libby that because they charged me 30day extra rent for termination (in addition to the 60-day notice), they would charge me utilities for those additional 30 days as well even though I moved out and who knows who lived in there for those 30 days. I am contacting my attorney now. So please do NOT rent there! Update: I was blackmailed by Libby in writing to remove this review otherwise they would not transfer utilities to their name AFTER my move out!

Nice grounds and they have made lots of improvements and have even more spaces to sit and enjoy the gorgeous views of Peebles. Pool is really nice and they just renovated the office and gym. I really liked living in the apartment and it always felt very cozy. The maintenance crew was always friendly and helpful. Office staff was super nice and attentive. My only complaint was the loud hvac units that made being in the living room and kitchen difficult.
