This Oct. Howie, Jim and James sanded our floors and changed them from a dark color to a beautiful light gray that changed the whole look of our rooms. They were friendly and professional which was a great combination. The price was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend them!

Heritage Floors did a fabulous job refinishing my wood floors. I had a bedroom and stair landing refinished and I could not be more impressed by this company. Howie was my initial contact. He was fast about returning my phone call and getting back to me with an estimate. The floors look brand new. Jim and his crew showed up at 7:45, They worked hard all day and even vacuumed the mess. I highly recommend this company.

I would 100% recommend Heritage Floor Sanding. Howie was so professional, punctual and took the time to answer all of my questions. He said he would show up at 7:45am each day, and him and his entire team showed up at 7:44. We had original oak floors stained that "honey" color that was popular in the 80's. The entryway was down to raw wood and the hallway had a lot of "high traffic" problems, but he made our floors look brand new. He even took the time to mix a custom stain for us. I am always nervous to let strangers into my home, but I felt completely confident leaving Howie and his team to work. I would absolutely use them again. EDIT TO ADD: they were super mindful of the sawdust and worked really hard to keep it to a minimum. I am so happy with how the floors look - my home looks brand new again! This business is run by the owners themselves, Howie and Jim clearly show how passionate they are to make their work exceptional and make their customers happy. We had stairs, railing and an upstairs hall that had to be sanded and refinished to match as close as possible to new hardwood floors in the first floor. I think even Howie exceeded his own expectations. He custom mixed the stain several times until it was as close to perfect as possible. The guys stained the stairs and rails as if it were fine furniture and the results showed! Most impressive were the rails and newels which was stained medium brown and was able to get them to come out phenomenal in their lighter color .
