        Victor is an absolute gem - he called me back with minutes regarding an urgent kitchen sink matter and replaced the drain pipe the same day. Had him also replace 2 other fixtures - for a hose bib, he installed it in a way to ensure it is replaceable by me (instead of requiring a solder job). He arrived on time, is super to deal with and a down to earth honest, reliable person. So glad I found him.
