Allstate Corning has been my go to for insurance for over 20 years - for everything from home, car, and my tiny house at a local campsite. They have everything I need for insurance coverage. Always friendly, and happy to explain changes in policies, and provide up-to-date and new information so I always have the coverage that is right for me.

She's great. Always quick to help us when we need it. My mother was sick one time and she forgot to make a payment, only time in 20 years she's ever been late and Janet was out of the office. I spoke to another agent who told me we would have to change to a different company. I said I have the money right now to pay you for the policy and any late fees and you don't want it. Where is Janet Bouter she would never tell us to change insurance companies, my mom has been with her for over 20 years. She said she was out that day and I said well call her at home because she would not be happy about this. She said she needed to speak with a supervisor and she would call me back. When she called me back I paid for our policies to be reinstated with no late fee penalties. I just recently had to take one vehicle off the road and put another one on. I called the office and spoke to another agent who works closely with Janet and it took two minutes and she had the cards sent to my email and we went straight to the DMV and it was legal on the road and $*** cheaper. This last experience was just glass replacement and made the claim and they were out to replace it in less than a week.
