We happily recommend Stacy Zigman after her help in selling our senior parent's house on the South shore of Long Island this past summer. Stacy brought a calm and insightful demeaner to a stressful time of transition. Her market research was thoroughly comprehensive and she took the time to share every detail with our family. Throughout the process, Stacy was always available and communicated with us on a regular basis so we always knew what was happening. Although we were assertive in wanting to start the ask with a higher number, she always told us, "the market will reveal itself". In hindsight, it did just that and we should have trusted her instincts more from the beginning.

When it was time for my almost 95 yo mother to sell her home, I knew we needed to find an extraordinary realtor. Not only do I live out of state, and was unable to be part of the daily process, my mother was very anxious about having people come into her home. She couldnt leave when the house was being showed, and she did not want a lock box, giving other realtors access to her home. After interviewing several realtors, I knew we had found a perfect match in Stacey. She understood that my mother needed a lot of hand holding and emotional support. She took everything very slowly, and patiently, yet encouraged my mother that she was making the right decision. She personally sat w my mother every time someone wanted to tour her home. She explained things simply to her, yet understood more complex issues needed to be discussed w me, to avoid confusing my mother. Her communication and follow up skills were excellent. Knowing my limitations due to distance, and my mothers due to age, she handled many details that would normally fall on the homeowner. She negotiated an above asking offer, and followed through with both our attorney and the buyers to ensure everything ran smoothly and closed on time. We put a lot of trust into Stacey and she did not disappoint. I highly recommend her for all your buying and selling needs, especially if some extra care is needed.

Just wanted to take a moment to express our appreciation for all the work and coordination involved with the sale of my home in Bellmore. Stacy was so patient and helpful with all of our questions and went over and above in her efforts to make my sale as seamless as possible. In addition to selling my home in Bellmore, we needed to coordinate a home purchase in Delaware so that we could leave New York and close on our new home within a two-day timeframe. We were lucky enough to be able to stay with my daughters who live in Delaware for a short time, but thanks to Stacys expertise, we will be in our new home within two days. A special thank you again to Stacy for making our move so incredibly uncomplicated and always taking the time to be certain we were comfortable! She really made our move so easy!
