        I call got me in in like 5 min for 2 tire mount and balance. One of the better places and a comfortable waiting area.

        Horrible service: he only wants to service the state troopers and local PD. Guy is lazy and lacks any truth to what he tells you. Will only come up with an explanation as to why he doesnt want to do work Reguardless telling them I dont care about price just make it right. Ill never suggest someone to this place anymore. Expects you to do their job when you call and make an appointment as to paperwork and services requested with horrible customer relations. Any professional shop notes and takes down information to put in their system.. they just wing it carelessly. Also lied about the rework of other stuff I had done. Said fixed it when he never actually touched it. Find yourself another shop with integrity.

      Sorry to hear about your experience. Did you fill out a drop off form when you dropped your vehicle off so they shop knew what service you wanted, or just put your keys in the drop box? They won't due any service to a vehicle until they find out exactly what services you would like done. Also we only due quality service, with quality parts. When customers bring in parts from Rockauto.com, etc, and want us to do service, when they were told they had to be factory parts, and then get upset when the job is not done. Thats because it is not parts we will stand behind, not will we install. If we had installed them and the parts failed, even after we said we would only do the service with factory parts. The customer would be upset, even though it would be no fault in installation, just the fault of cheap parts. We strive of only giving our customers the best quality parts so there not back paying for the job to be redone again in a month.
