They ended up being able to fix the issue without replacing a part unnecessarily, saving me hundreds of dollars. I genuinely felt that they were not trying to take advantage of me and were looking to find ways to save me money. It was a surprisingly positive experience Ive had with a car repair shop and I highly recommend!

    Worst mechanic shop and service ever; acting like thieves, charged my female friend $650 for service he didnt do and lied about stuff that needs to be fixed and asked for an extra $150 otherwise he will keep the car, STAY AWAY from this shop!!

    I went to have an engine light indicator read, it said fuel valve, two days later they could get me in. I had the vehicle worked on, they told me I was all set and rung me out. I went to leave and my engine light was still on. The mechanic walks by me and asks How long after you had the subwoofer installed did the engine light come on? I answered that the subwoofer had been in for months and the engine light was on for three days. What does a subwoofer have to do with a fuel valve? Why are you even concerned with my subwoofer? Finds out the wiring harness that goes to valve was bad ( probably only needed that in the first place). They fixed that and the mechanic walks me out to tell me that he unplugged my camera because he doesnt like to be on camera. He said Thats the first time I got in a car and saw my own face on the screen and yeah I dont like that so I unplugged it. My question is, what were you doing on the inside of my car that you dont want to be on camera? You were supposed to be working underneath the car, not worrying about my subwoofer and camera. This situation seems shady and dishonest. I called the shop and spoke to Dani. Explained the situation and asked her to pass the information to Scott. I told her that mechanics actions cost them a customer. There was no apology, no customer service or satisfaction! This is after I gave them another chance after messing up my front brakes. Paid over $500 just to take more time off work for them to change the pads because they were making horrible noises.

Vehicle came in with seven diff codes, fixed half of them to break up cost then came back for some more of them and actually got her through state inspection. I guess thats what i get for helping people out.

For security reasons almost every shop will disconnect cameras when vehicles enter shop as to not release any private data from screens on technicians computers. As far as messing up brakes, we upgraded her front brake pads with newer quality brake pads at no charge. The sensor failed from wire being broke ,which again we repaired at no charge. Look at all negative reviews left ,nothing else needs to be said.
