Not a bad place to work. The owner treats you well. But found my experience there menial and quite boring. Hired as a lathe operator expecting career growth and advancement but they don't provide on the job training nor any kind of career growth. Found it helpful to have a thick skin working in the lathe department. Management doesn't have a clue sometimes and nor are they open to input from their employees on improvements on their quality control or processes. But the nice people, flexible hours and steady paycheck makes it not a bad place to work.
