Mid-Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union

I was looking for a new bank and I liked the reviews I read about this bank. I met the branch manager this morning, Kathleen, and she was very nice, personable and very helpful. I needed personal and business accounts and Kathleen took excellent care of me. I highly recommend this bank.

I had an issue with my account and Mr. Tyler Sult, member service representative took his time with me and helped me resolve the issue; he was very professional and knowledgeable.

I recently visited MHV in Fishkill and needed some assistance. Although I have worked with other tellers at the credit union, Tyler helped me most recently to meet my financial needs. He worked collaboratively with me to create a solution that best fit my requirements. Tyler regularly sent me emails to keep me informed and went above and beyond to ensure my requests were met. He also has a great sense of humor, which helped to reduce the stress of the situation. I am grateful to Tyler and the team at MHV for always being helpful and providing excellent service. They are truly a great financial institution.

I came in without an appointment and was greeted right away. The staff was very friendly, and the environment was warm and welcoming (unlike many of the massive, chain banks). I was able to sit down with a service representative (shoutout to Tyler) who answered all my questions and helped me open the accounts I needed. There really aren't words to describe the difference in the level of service you get between a local credit union and at one of the massive banks. Tyler was very friendly and easy to talk to, and I was able to get me all the information I asked for and more. I had some issues with an account a few days later, which I tried to resolve on my own. I spent about 45 minutes calling several different MHVFCU help numbers before I just gave up and emailed the rep I worked with at this branch. I had emailed after-hours but by the time I checked my emails the next morning, I'd already received a reply and they'd sorted my issue out for me. I feel confident that I can go into this branch at any time, and would be able to get any questions and concerns addressed right away. 5/5 for service and timeliness.
