First of all the shop could be much cleaner. Also invest in the paper roll they use at the Chinese salons and doctors offices. I dont believe laying on the pink plastic is sanitary even though they Lysol it. My doctor Lysol his tables but he uses paper rolls so does the hospital and Chinese salons. They use the paper rolls. Also have paper for people to stand on instead of the dusty bare floor. Also the girl who I let wax me didnt give me a disposable underwater or steam me. In which I booked the Brazilian wax with numbing cream. The only reason I went through with it is because I had a flight to catch that night. Very disappointed also my wax was not straight at the top luckily my bikini covered. Theres massive dust on the table legs like wipe down the place at least. Dust travels in the air. Wipe down your garbage and cover it to say the least. Mop the floors. Invest in disposable table covers like the nail salon and doctor office. Also invest in floor place mats so customers arent putting there feet on the bare floor. Maybe paper towels ? Be aware ladies. The bathroom as well was nasty. I see someone from the company has responded offering a refund I will be in contact shortly, as Im currently out the country.

Ive been booking with this company for over a year now I believe and I would normally go to Cheri. However, when I booked I wasnt notified that she wasnt there anymore and I was given someone else to wax me . Its common courtesy to have your customers even decide who they want to wax them before their appointment and not at the time we get to the store. We should notified if a change/a diff waxer will be conducting the service. Im disappointed in this place and I however saw theres new people and these reviews have changed to their name instead of having the correct waxer name for the review. This is not fair to people who are spending there money and we have absolutely no say in the service we ask for . Ive also found Cheris new location and her instagram. Ig- theskinfairyologist I really love her services and I will continue to .

Ive been rocking with Arie, since the old location. She is the best at waxing! Firstly she is young, yet professional, she is also knowledgeable in her craft and shes very accommodating! Shes not the first waxer Ive been to but shes the best one Ive been to. You are welcomed into an experience when you walk into the Lounge, it is clean, it is well decorated and has a real nice vibe going on. Whats my favorite part? Shes not a money hound, I was on the table and I said damn Im getting married I should wax my underarms, you know she was so kind to do it for me for free? Her gift to me, I appreciate her! Although I dont go as often as before. She is a low key friend when you get on the table and get the talking, you forget shes your waxer! (I love her for her great conversations) She then will get to work on your situation and in no time you are done feeling like a brand new person! Arie is : Professional Friendly Accommodating Caring Timely Affordable and so much more! Im happy your business is flourishing! You are appreciated!
