This pharmacy is a terrible place. My mother was prescribed for 100 pcs underpaid. They provided underpaid for the left one on the picture compare with the right one from the other pharmacy. Also, our February order was delay to delivered until the last day of the month. Not only that, my mothers diaper order is 200 pcs per month. There is a leaking issue after we used the diaper they provided. If we want to change the diaper to the brand the other pharmacy provided then the quantity become 75 pcs per month. When I mentioned I want to switch to the other pharmacy, they said they already submitted the order to the insurance company and got approval for the reimbursement. If I returned this order I still can not get my February order because it is almost March already. Finally, I have no way but to accept the reduced quantity of the diapers and the extreme small size of the underpass. Please, especially for senior persons, be careful to order from this pharmacy.
