I have been on all of the Freeport Fleet of boats and every time/trip is non stop fun! Recently went on the Princess Pontoon and what a blast A non stop party and so relaxing at the same time Capt Mike and his crew are 1st class all the way and treat you as the customer the same! Highly recommend booking your next boat outing with them!

When hiring a charter company, you want someone like Freeport Charters to lead! Mike, the owner, is a simple man who strives to make each one of his friends, customers, passengers, happy, comfortable, and truly forget about life's problems for a while! We came off the boat, refreshed, recharged, and with 100% customer satisfaction - whatever we discussed beforehand, he went above and beyond for my fathers 70th birthday.. one of the last few treasured memories that Mike made possible with my father. Went for fathers day with my daughter.. Didn't catch anything, but that's why it's called fishing not catching. Had a great time People and staff were really friendly. Bathrooms were very clean.

I hosted a 28th birthday party for myself with 45 people. The staff and owner were very rude to me and my guests. From the moment we stepped onto the Freeport Gem, we could feel the unwelcoming vibe. No one was polite or had smiles. I was given attitude the entire time, besides from one crew member who was very nice. I dont know why but apparently no one under the age of 23 was allowed to attend my birthday party, even though they do 21st birthday parties. When I asked Mike nicely if anyone under the age of 23 can come he shut me down instantly and said theyd have to come with a parent. Even when I first started planning it on the phone, the owner was very rude. Anytime I had any question he just shut it down in an angry tone. Also, if you buy a shot which is not included in the bar package it cost $14 dollars a shot. That is insane. Loved the idea of a boat party but would never recommend booking through this company to anyone. But all that to say, me and my friends still had a blast and just tried to ignore the negative energy we were receiving.
