Im not one to ever put bad reviews unless I feel like Im not getting any where. These people are just rude and horrible - cant get any good service from these people. My garage handle is falling off. They were just here to fix a part of my garage door that which was a small job now-I have a bigger issue and cannot open and close my garage door at all because the handle is off and the machine isnt working.

STAY AWAY!!! HORRIBLE. UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU DOUBLE FOR REPAIRS YOU DIDNT EVEN HAVE. I had them replace a section of my garage doors due to scratches (Was working perfectly fine) & now my garage isnt operating correctly. I have to now manually open my garage door by hand. My handle (which I paid them to replace) is falling off with loose screws. Very cheap & poor quality work.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! We had a new garage door installed years ago by them and just recently called to have an electric door opener installed. They set up the appointment in two days. A very polite man named Shaun came out to do the installation. He was prompt, polite, neat and went thoroughly went over everything I needed to know about our new opener. I will continue to recommend Freeport Garage Door!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE COMPANY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After the job was done my garage isnt functioning properly. My handle is falling off with loose screws. See you in small claims.
