Called at 10:30 on a Sunday morning and they were there an hour later. My building is old and the locksmith pointed out the key was not the problem but the lock and the door jam no longer lined up well. He made the hole in the door jam larger and addedsome WD 40 to the lock. Solved.the problem and ended up costing me less. I shopped around and the price was good and there was also a coupon

I'm so grateful for the help and support that Yale Express gave me. I was locked out of my apartment, and I called up their number. They came out to my house within an hour, and they had the key copied in no time! It was really convenient, and I had no trouble using it again after the lockout happened.

Yale tech installed all the locks very fast. They also keyed all of them to the same key. The locksmith, was super nice and knowledgeable. He cleaned up all the mess after the jobs was done. I am very happy with their servise. Highly recommend using them.
