        I wish I knew then what I know now. I've had the most frustrating experience dealing with this attorney. Between the back and forth calls, then to finding out two weeks before closing that there was a violation on my home, to now a year later still having the violation and no response to my many attempts of reaching out. I guess for others it was different but in my case she didn't have her clients best interest at heart.

      The violation was disclosed prior to the closing once we found out. to Ms. Goodwin and her family before the closing. At the closing, Ms. Goodwin signed a document where she acknowledge that there was a violation and agreed to provide the seller access to correct the issue and then failed to provide the agreed access. We try to work with everyone and their situation pre and post closing but sometimes there are situations outside of our control. We wish the best of luck in your new home.
