Good morning Jose Palacios. That man with the beard is me MIGUEL HERNANDEZ the one who helped him, I am the owner of this store for 17 years. I remember you perfectly and when I helped you, a line was made that went all the way to the door. Do you remember that? It hurts my soul that you are painting something that is not. Why don't you talk about the part that I entered his phone and tried to help him first and if you want, I can upload the video showing the part where I was helping him and also the part that I gave him the company's phone number, which is responsible for helping you. I saw that you were here for 45 minutes talking to the Amazon representatives and if they couldn't help you, how do you think I could help you if the Amazon representative couldn't. You have to stop putting the burden on other people who are trying to help you and if they can't help you, don't blame them because we are not responsible.
