Helen is just the best pet transport business we have ever been dealing with and easily one of the best persons I have encountered in my life. We had to relocate overseas leaving our dog in boarding facility which took a bad care of him. Helen picked him up, took him to her veterinary, held him for a month in a good boarding place making sure he was doing great, prepared all the necessary papers for international trip crossing two countries with different entrance rules, prepared perfect crate with food, water, mat and instructions for airline personal, and brought him personally to JFK and made sure I know what to do on every step of my trip. True VIP old school service. Thank you Helen!
