Krystal is a talented woman whose passion for helping others shines through everything she does. She is driven to help people achieve the best version of themselves, which is backed by her knowledge and holistic approach to health and wellness. She listens and is very encouraging. I have thoroughly enjoyed her sharing of recipes and ideas to bring more nourishment to my meals. But I also appreciate that she looks at aspects of life beyond what’s on the plate to support wellbeing. I would highly recommend Krystal to anyone!

Krystal is simply amazing. She has incredible skills and a talent of being able to listen, and really hear what is going on. She offers practical, effective, real life solutions to increase our awareness of the primary and secondary foods we are allowing in our lives. Whether it be a slight change in food intake, meditation, breathing exercises, setting goals, or self-awareness (her guidance has saved me in many stressful situations), Krystal really taps into what is needed at the time. She has reminded me it is under my control and my choice to be more grounded, healthy, joyful, aware and giving. I really enjoy our sessions, and I am so grateful for Krystal. She is so easy to talk with, and I feel like I have known her forever. With Krystal’s guidance, I look forward to continuing my growth while I am here on this journey.
