        Recently moved out of the Avalon, but wanted to take time to give accolades to the staff - from leasing, concierge, to maintenance (particular shoutout to Jacob Torres!) - who always was respectful, accommodating, and ensure that an apartment complex with hundreds of residents can feel like home. Jacob and Tariq personally helped me both move in and move out, and always ensured that any outstanding maintenance issues were addressed in a timely manner. The community was quiet, clean, and amenities, including parking, gym, and outside common areas were well-maintained. Thank you for making life easier!

        The most garbage building I ever live in my life no customer service no management no maintenance no safety they dont give you anything and whatever you ask them they say we dont know and I dont understand who knows they just knows they take our money and without service. Im so sorry for myself and my family to leave This building from outside when you look at building you see nice building luxury Waterview and all trap when you coming in you never feel you live in your home The fire alarm two times a week, middle of the night goes off and you cannot sleep too and this is nonstop The garage door always open. All of the door is open and so many stranger people come from outside inside the building and management doesnt care about for all of this. and other things my wife had to shower and we dont have a hot water heat for one day and nonstop. We called the maintenance and emergency maintenance. No one pick up the phone. No one help. This is really garbage building I ever live in my life.

        Building is great overall, residents are nice and staff is amazing. They finally took action against a resident and his SO that were creating CAOS and threatening our safety - hes FINALLY being expelled from the community. We are all celebrating and excited to have a peaceful home again!
