        I've had a personal experience of working at New Color Arts Academy. This company is strongly family oriented and truly cares about each student that participates in the academy. They also care about their workers a lot. It is a fast paced job as a worker, but it is rewarding to see the students excel. They really care and look back on all the students works. They also discuss with each student their goals and how to develop their portfolio. And they try to make it really fun. I am happy to have had the experience working here. They taught me a lot about teaching young kids. Thank you for the experience NCAA!
