North Shore Auto Collision

Im 77 years old and I have used many car repair shops over the many cars Ive owned North Shore Auto at 325 Great Neck Rd. has by far been the most reliable and fair with prices and does really amazing work. I have used them not only for mechanical work previously but I just had body work done on a classic older 2007 Bentley convertible which now looks brand new both inside and outside.! Thank you for taking such good car of my car !!

Place sucks. I went for an estimate on a Monday and they were closed. Can the next day and the owner was a real dbag.

Its the first time I deal with the collision, and Im so lucky that I chose this shop to take care of my car. They explained me each step of the claim thoroughly with great patience. Furthermore, they offer to communicate with the insurance company which makes the whole process much easier for me. The most important part is, the technician is knowledgeable and professional in repairing the car. Before picking up, they even give my car a deep cleaning, I got my car back spotlessly like brand new. Both services and skills here are beyond 5 star. Super good.

What a wonderful team. What professionals. I would highly recommend those who want a wonderful and professional team to go visit them. They took care of both my vehicles that no other body shop has ever done for me in the past. From start to finish the experience was exceptional.
