        Purchased 2021 GTI, overpriced over market - not as clean as presented. Tires were completely worn, arrived with crack in headlight. Mike seller does not communicate. ONLY takes your $ and then you are on your own if there is a problem. DISGRACEFUL business. CAUTION.

        Excellent car buying experience with Mike at Kings Point! Ive been searching for a while for a Mini Cooper that fit my criteria. I found the best one Ive seen in the range I was looking for at Kings point but was skeptical about making the 2 hour trip to see it. The car was exactly as described, in exactly the condition it was listed in and was in better mechanical shape than I expected. Mike addressed all of the minor things I was concerned about and even went above and beyond and did some larger things that I did not ask for. The purchasing process was quick and seamless, and the car was detailed nicely at pickup. I will definitely be frequently checking in on his inventory and checking back in for my future needs. I highly recommend!

        I was in the market for a pre-owned MB S550. After visiting quite a few dealers and test driving ten vehicles, I finally found the vehicle that I was looking for at Kingspoint Auto. My positive experience was not limited to the vehicle. After all, I saw several cars in the condition that I was looking for at other dealerships. When I arrived at Kingspoint Auto, I was greeted by Michael Goltche. He showed me the car that I was looking for, responded to all my questions and did not show any aggressive sales tactics. He was very transparent with his responses, friendly and professional. The advertised price of the vehicle was the price and did not include any deceptive additional fees. We agreed on a final price, plus taxes and the normal DMV fees. As I write this review, I am not claiming that I got a bargain, nor that I was overcharged on the price of the vehicle. But I can tell you that I got a great car and good value for the money. I am super happy with the experience and definitely recommend Kingspoint Auto.

      Petr,Sorry to see you've taken this route with your feedback, although we welcome all feedback good or bad. You live over 2,000 miles from our dealership. As you know (and knew prior to purchase) this car is a very rare & hard to find color, and you purchased it at the agreed upon price because of that. You didn't just coincidentally call half way across the country and over pay for a car. You called at that distance and agreed to purchase it because it was 1 of 2 with this color combination for sale anywhere in the entire country. The car is super clean, as advertised, tires left here measuring 9-10/32" all around, and headlight had no damage whatsoever. The condition report from when we purchased this vehicle confirms zero damage on the headlight, our photos from the listing show zero damages, and the Bill of Lading from the transportation company also show zero damages to either headlight upon their pick up as well. We sell cars out of state that involve long distance transportation nearly everyday & rarely have any issues with damages that happen in transport however unfortunately it can happen. As I mentioned, I'm sorry for your troubles & frustrations however we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damages which result from transportation. As I've also mentioned, you can reach out to the transport company to make a claim with them to correct the issue. I understand you are frustrated but making false claims about my business, my service to you, the price, the condition of the car itself, & damages which clearly happened during transportation are all just self-serving & unnecessary ways for you to take out your frustrations.
