I had rescheduled an appointment for 10:15, Im being told its at 10:45. Still waiting in the waiting room. Its absurd how dysfunctional how this office is run. They no have to regard to other peoples time, and have this sense of entitlement to keep people against their will.

The front desk secretary, middle aged woman with blonde hair, is an absolute nightmare. Ive been going to Dr Lauren Boglioli for a few years now. The only reason Ive stuck through with this is because Dr Boglioli has been a good doctor but I can NOT put up with her front desk woman. She has the nastiest attitude, lacks patience, and is overall dis respectful. She has hung up on me multiple times when making an appointment. She requested I pay a co-pay when my plan doesnt charge co-pay for doctor visits. When I confronted her after calling my insurance, she gave me a hard time about it and wouldnt give the money back. Every time I call to schedule an appointment, she ruins my day entirely. I have NEVER had an experience like this before at other doctors. Its extremely disappointing that I will have to find a new doctor due to the actions of a condescending secretary. Ive hit my tongue for a long time, but Dr Boglioli NEEDS a new secretary.
