These people simply dont care about their customers. I sent my car there as the engine light came on indicating a misfire. They checked it couldnt find any problem. My car is a 2017 Ford Fusion and I have brought it at a Ford dealership. With that being said, if ford doesnt know their own cars how could someone else know them. Sent the car back again, after 1 week in their shop they said it was fixed as evap canister was changed. Two days later the engine light came on again. I have a dashcam they disconnected it so I cant see nothing but they didnt know I have microcams under the hood. I checked them no work was done for 6 days. No one even opened the hood to check the car until the 7th day and that because I was pushing them and telling them that I am gonna pick up my car as this is not normal after 7 days no reply from them. Do you know what they did on the 7th day? They just reseted the system just to kill the engine light for few days so I could pick up my car and changed no evap canister or whatsoever. Total scam. After 2 days the light came on again. I called them and no response. Later the service adviser texted me: hey brother sorry i havent got back to you . our store is closing down on the 31st . sorry --Adrian TangNian Tower Ford of Great Neck. I called the service manager named Brett couple times, left a voicemail never replied. So the whole response in your review such as oh I am sorry for that, our goal is our customers satisfaction bla bla, is just a cover. I am shocked and very disappointed. Stay away from them.

Id like to express my frustration with Tower Ford. Tower Ford was supposed to cover our cars battery since it malfunctioned in less than a year of lease. However, roadside assistance suggested We go to Walmart to buy a temporary solution. Tower Ford will not reimburse me. Then Tower Ford replaces my cars screen 3 times, even holding the vehicle for a few days at a time, and yet my screen is out again. They cannot rectify a problem and their customer service is beyond poor. @TowerFord if youd like to rectify the problem please contact your customer Anthony Emmino. Otherwise I certainly do no recommend and wish I could give Zero stars.

Peter and Matt were outstanding in working with me to get me in what I wanted at the right price. My first Ford experience, and I will definitely be using them both in the future!!

After getting 3 cars from them in six years, they recently sold me a car that died 15 hours later, and refused to make me a second key. Shame on them!

I am so tired of tower ford having Carol. She is rude, she doesn’t know what she is doing. I have been a customer for years and she always gives me wrong information. She never transfers me to the right person. If this keeps happening I will no longer come and also inform my family who is also a customer of Ford to not come anymore. This post deserves zero stars for me. I don’t feel comfortable having her picking up phone calls anymore
