Region Care Infusion

Horrible for profit company under the Northwell aka North Shore Lij brand. Leadership and management in Greatneck and Westbury Is incompetent and horrible. They do not care about their patients, treat their staff bad and lose alot of good workers continuously over the years. North Shore LIJ bought Regioncare over years ago in hopes of improvement but still ran by filthy humans. This is what happens when a company is ran by nepotism and privilege given opportunities, with greatly lack of skills and competency.

RegionCare is terrible. They call at 10 pm on a Sunday night to tell me they're showing up at 9 am on Monday (i.e., they expect me to work around their schedule, not the other way around). They don't pre-clear treatments with insurance, and then they expect you to pay for it afterwards. And they don't have online bill pay (it's not 1997!!!). A simple investment in IT infrastructure could make the customer experience a lot better, replace the useless back office team, and save money and time.
