Clean, with friendly helpful staff but my air conditioner/heater in my room did not work. Was 81 the first night. Staff did turn it off but it never got cooler than 74
Safety: Coffee nearby but all small businesses are closed on Saturday.
Walkability: Can walk to a few restaurants and stores. All closed Saturdays.
Food & drinks: Everything is closed on Friday night and Saturdays.

I recently had a remarkable experience at the Inn at Great Neck, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Nick, the general manager. When I mistakenly arrived a month early for a family wedding due to an error in my booking dates, Nick's understanding and helpful nature truly shone through.
Despite my mistake, Nick handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. He quickly arranged for me to stay at one of the sister hotels and generously granted a full refund to my card. His compassion and assistance made a stressful situation much more manageable for me.
I also want to highlight Nick's commitment to customer service. I contacted Expedia, and thanks to Nick's swift actions, they promptly issued a full refund. I am incredibly grateful for Nick's support and understanding during this challenging time.
As a result of Nick's outstanding service, I am confident in recommending the Inn at Great Neck to my relatives for an upcoming family wedding in the fall. Nick's professionalism and friendly attitude have left a lasting impression on me, and I truly believe that the inn is fortunate to have him as their manager.

Wonderful, great place to stay fantastic bath soaking tubs comfortable beds
Lovely food, great valet service
Rooms: Great desk for working great WiFi
Safety: Felt very safe here
Walkability: Nice area for walking
Food & drinks: Had a craving for French onion soup and a brownie sunday
Yup they offered it !!!
