She insisted on specific pin codes and personal information, displaying an unprofessional and somewhat rude demeanor. Frustrated, I returned later and was pleasantly surprised by Crystal, who efficiently resolved my request without unnecessary questions. The contrasting experiences prompt me to give T-Mobile's customer service two stars, reflecting the significant difference in service quality between the two representatives.
