        The idea of storing key for immediate access 24/7 in an event of emergency is brilliant, and the refund process is seamless which was also good. But the most important part... the 2 keys that I copied did not work. I guess onto the next for establishing a contingency plan.

        Very easy process! I had to make extra keys for work and a total of 4 keys took not even 10 mins to make. The machine was super easy to use and very convenient being inside rite aid! I was hoping they accepted Apple Pay but thankfully I had my debit card with me so I used that instead. Still a great experience!
