I have used this service for years. I had an account with them. I don't know what happened but it went from reliable and great to awful and uncaring. My family and I were flying home and I called for a cab to pick us up. I gave them the airline, airport, flight number, and arrival time. They OKed it. When I landed, they had not contacted me so I contacted them. The person who answered said "you landed early." We landed 15 minutes early but had to get our luggage which I told him. He said it would be 30 minutes. I wasn't happy but said OK. Ten minutes later, he texted me and said we could share a cab in 20 minutes. That made no sense since that would be the same 30 minutes. I told him we were a family of four and anyway the cab was coming in the same time. He said we wouldn't fit in the shared cab. He then told me that he couldn't raise the cab I had ordered and didn't know where it was. So I said to send another one. He said he didn't have one and what did I want him to do? He was annoyed with me. I said what I wanted was the cab I ordered. He again asked me what I wanted him to do. I asked if he was telling me that there would be no cab. He got annoyed again and said there would not be one. So there we were with no way home and the guy was mad at me. I never received notice of this or I would have made other arrangements which I now had to do. As it was last minute, the cost was a lot higher than usual. I asked the dispatcher what "friendly" cab would do for me. Would it at least pay the difference? He said no and got angry with me again. He told me that they might, and emphasized "might" give me a $20 discount on my next ride. The difference was way more than the maybe $20. When I finally got angry back, he said a supervisor would get back to me and hung up. No one ever did get back. I had to call an Uber and pay through the nose. "Friendly" never called me; never apologized; never offered to make it up or even accepted responsibility. And this after years of use and an account. I get that things can go badly. But accept responsibility, and try to make it up. Instead they blamed me. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know that they are an uncaring and irresponsible company. Whatever they used to be, they are that no longer.

I was billed more than the agreed amount. They added 20% to the bill for what I assume is a tip. I have requested the 20% to be refunded but have never heard back from the company. I ordered a Town Car and had a minivan show up. The driver was very pleasant but I don't appreciate the bait and switch. Unless funds are restored I will never use this company again.
