Lock City NY did an amazing job replacing our old gate. They responded to my call right away and sent a technician to evaluate my gate the same day for an emergency replacement request. They ordered our custom gate and installed it within 3days of our request. I called so many local companies and everyone asked me for information and told me they'd call me back (most never did). Lock City NY were so responsive and very professional and sent the tech the same day of my call. Once I'm ready to replace our second commercial gate, I will def contact Lock City NY again for the job. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Lee was amazing to work with. He installed 84 exterior camera in our shopping center, and all the locks. A few of the tenants reach out to get there info for there own store because of how friendly the staff was.
