Jessica Huang is a true professional with a keen sense of the market and what it takes to make a deal. She represented us in the sale of my mothers house and she clearly advocated as a sellers agent to get the best price for the house. No one will out work her. There was never any compromise to simply get a deal done. With that said, she was also very inciteful in setting an asking price that was realistic enough to attract interest and then letting the market bid up the final sale price to well above asking price. She also gave clear guidance on how I should prepare the house for sale, including discouraging any unnecessary renovations. And finally, she was very respectful of the fact that this was a house that I grew up in that was built by my father and grandfather with their own hands. She pushed the process along gently, giving me space to sort through the memories. For that, I will be forever grateful.
