The whole powerhouse team was amazing! Especially Lili, she worked with us throughout whatever obstacles we threw at her and didnt give up until we got our loan for our dream home! She made sure she was available 24/7 for any questions and concerns we had, and made the whole process as stress free as possible. She was dedicated and passionate and had our best interest in mind! She treated us like family and made sure we were satisfied customers. Shes an extremely hard working and caring person, she was honest and knowledgeable as well. They truly made our dream a reality. I had the pleasure of working with Powerhouse solutions with Gil, Natalie and Larry. The team went above and beyond and was able to help me finance a loan on top of my other various mortgages and expenses. They were able to quickly get me through the application process, appraisal and locked in the mortgage for closing. The whole process was less than 15 business days from the application submission which is very fast for NYC. Even during these turbulent times when rates at an all-time high, they were able to offer very competitive rates, much better than the market and advised me to lock in at a lower rate when they saw that the mortgage rate was trending upwards. I could not have found a better team especially after working with so many other banks in the past. Other banks that I have worked with would bait and switch, but not Powerhouse solutions, they stand behind their work. Believe the 5 star reviews, Gil will not tarnish his reputation and hes got solutions for everyone. I highly recommend Powerhouse to all my friends and relatives looking for their purchase. Absolutely amazing experience buying a house can be stressful. There are always a bunch of different unknowns and things you need to figure out during the process. The mortgage, however, doesn't have to be like this. Unlike other big banks with clunky file systems and agents supporting hundreds of other customers (and, many times, taking days to respond), PowerHouse Solutions will give you a customized experience and clarity over each step. They are responsive, treat you with respect and adjust to your current life situation. In my case, I'm an immigrant so there's some added bureaucracy involving Visas and all the idiosyncrasies of the immigrant life, but PowerHouse Solution will guide you through the challenges and detail your options until you get to the finish line. Couldn't ask for a better experience! We were supported by Deborah and Keving and they were amazing! Thank you all!
