    I really appreciated this workshop and all the knowledge and expertise Rachel brings to the table. As the mother of a young dancer who has always struggled with food and nutrition diet culture myself and always found it super confusing, I really appreciate both the workshop and the information available on social media which help break down the basics. Rachel makes it all easy to understand. And Im happy to be able to give my daughter a healthy foundational start now and help her understand her own nutritional needs.

    I love Rachel's Healthy Dancer program! Rachel is so kind and patient, and the information she gives is very well presented. Even though doing the work itself can be difficult internally, the way it's presented makes it easy to go through and has made me feel supported along the way.     Im a soon to be collegiate dancer, but dance intensely at a studio during high school. I am still struggling with disordered eating, but you have helped so much! I used to only eat one big meal a day (like takeout, dinner, etc). And then snack for the other two meals. If I ever ate more than that I felt like I had to dance/workout for 2+ hours. Now, Im eating two full meals a day and not feeling shamed of it! There are days where I struggle but Ive changed my mindset thanks to your program! Its now My body needs this to keep going and make me a better dancer rather than eating this will make me fat and lose all the progress Ive made. Im striving for that 3 full meals but Im really happy with how far Ive gotten. Thank you for this account/program, it has helped me and I know a lot of other dancers!
