    Bob is absolutely amazing! We are so lucky to have found him! There is no one else like him; he is such a refreshing change from other businesses out there. He is all about good customer service and not after the money. When we call him, it seems we barely hung up the phone and he is walking through our door. If we need a part, he has it right there. He is prompt, efficient, accommodating and honest. We have been using him for almost 2 years to service our copies and it is always to our complete satisfaction and very reasonable rates. He always guides us in the right direction. I highly recommend Bob! I can't imagine how our office would function without him!

    We started doing business with Technical Office Solutions some two years ago after the dealer who sold us our Ricoh copier told us that they could no longer get parts for it anymore and if they could, the repair would be $1800.00. Technical Office Solutions gathered the parts in two days and did the job, parts and labor for slightly more than $800.00. Since then, whenever we have an issue, they are always there within a few hours. We know that their fees are very reasonable. For the first two years or so, they serviced our Toshiba color copiers when the Toshiba dealers no longer supported them. We were so impressed with the professionalism of Technical Office Solutions that we purchased a three-year old, off-leased Ricoh color copier from them which we are still using six years later.     Technical Office Solutions has been repairing and maintaining our office equipment since the mid-nineties. They have always provided fast response to our service calls they usually have the required parts with them when they come. Their fees are reasonable and it seems that they are more focused on doing the right thing than on the amount of money that they can charged. We have purchased three off lease copiers from them and have gotten more use out of these used machines than we could expect from new machines, and at less than half the price.
