I went with a family member on January 21st and have been waiting 4 weeks almost a month for my painted ceramic dishes!! I was told that we would receive them in 7-10 days by employees and we never did! We called on several occasions and were told that I would be receiving a text and I never did!

One star for your customer care service. A little boy was waiting for this 5th grader girl to be done for half an hour. I asked a staff if a girl can stay painting while take the little boy to get fresh air outside quickly and she said "yes". When I was taking the boy out, one of the employee was loudly said, "Excuse me! You have to pay!" I said, "I am not leaving." She said, "But some people don't pay and they just leave!" in a very embarrassing way in front of many people in the business. She should have said differently with a better customer care skill. I will not go back to this place. It seemed like all the staffs are very young, which is of course okay, but seemingly inexperienced/unprofessional. The product of painting is satisfying. However, compare to 3~5 years ago, I would say the quality and the satisfaction from staff's service and their artsy contribution have been decreased. Before, I remember that staffs cared about the good looks of children's paints by helping them little bit, add some of their professional ideas, ask what they are drawing, and show some ideas if children don't know what to specifically draw. What I see from today is, they instructed that you need to paint 3 times and try to paint light one first. But generally, staffs don't really care about people's artwork anymore.
