        I have a big chicken of a dog. 98 lbs of solid muscle. THE GUYS ON THE team handled my big boy with care. He came out so clean and handsome. Will see the team in a month or so again. Before and after pictures.

        Made an appointment and was given a morning time of 10:30 for the next day. The following morning at 8 a.m., a rep called me to tell me that my time was changed to 5 pm.. I said that was too late. He said 4:45. I received a confirmation saying it was for 5:30pm. 6pm came and they still didn't arrive. I canceled my appointment. Wasted a day because of them. I would give 0 stars if I could.

        I had my two cats groomed. They were very communicative on their way here which was really appreciated! We also had to reschedule but it was an easy change. Would recommend!

        Zoom and Groom was terrific for our cat. The team was warm, friendly, and super knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job- best grooming shes gotten! Highly recommend.
