        Renter beware. A stipulation in the lease agreement allows access to the apartment without notice. For instance in the case of showing the apartment to prospective tenants, make sure you are protected of entry without notice in the lease agreement. Realtor allegedly left the door wide open, and items were moved while I was still within the lease.
