I had to contact my attorney to get involved with an ongoing issue in my son's apartment. Noah, who I assume is a part of the property management team, hung up on me today (11/14/23). The leak in the living room/kitchen ceiling has been ongoing since JUNE 19th, 2023...today is 11/14/2023. I think I have been patient enough. WHY DO I HAVE TO CONTACT MY ATTORNEY to get you to do what you're in the business of doing...PROPERTY MANAGEMENT!!!???!!!!

If youre renting from these guys, Id seriously consider again for a multitude of reasons. When living at my apartment, the water heater was clearly and issue it took them until a massive flood for them to replace it. Shortly after, they asked for a $700 increase on rent. After ten months of living there. They also wanted us to use Rhino (AGAIN), which is a horrible security deposit service which basically makes you pay this third party company on top of your SD (and you never see that money again). Then when I moved out, getting the security deposit back was a nightmare. Really glad to be living with in a place NOT managed by them. For your own well-being, I suggest renting with another company.

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER. I reported a homeless man in the basement and management never got back to me. Water bugs everywhere. They also have rats in the basement

The WORST management company in the city. Our heat was out for 3 months this winter alone, weve had hot water go out probably 10 times in the last year and a half, and they are the worst communicators in the world. Never respond to messages, leave the building issues unaddressed, and so unbelievably rude. Russell in particular has been awful. I will NEVER rent with bluesky again and would never ever recommend it to anyone unless you want to overpay to live in a disgusting building and not have basic heat and hot water in the winter. They also changed the locks without notice locking me out after coming back from the airport at 1am. They are INSANE
