I was the seller and has the pleasure of having Loukia as my agent. She is a very professional and knowledgeable agent who goes above and beyond to gain a client and satisfy her client. She was also amazing with my buyer and guided the buyer from beginning to end. She was always on time and responsive. Loukia deserves any advancement opportunities which may arise within Douglass elliman and beyond. I strongly recommend her.

Dear Ms. Greenberg ( Dougles Elliman Real Estate) My husband and I were at the open house today. Just providing some feedback regarding today's visit: - As a saleswoman, your mood was very inappropriate and disrespectful; - Your showing of the property was at the bare minimum, which is not in your and your clients interest; - This was absolutely the worst open-house experience I have ever had; I know the market is currently hot and maybe you are overworked, but respect, professionalism and ethical behavior is required and expected from a real-estate agent. You lost a potential buyer. I am not surprised you could not sell the property at an higher price point given my experience with your open-house.
