        Mark provides legal counsel of the highest quality. Over the years closing real estate deals together I think of him more as a friend than an attorney. I can always trust him to negotiate even complex and difficult clients/deals

        I have had a terrible experience working with this firm and Matthew especially. This should have been a very simple Real Estate Transaction and he made it extremely difficult. I have worked with a plethora of real estate attorneys and have never experienced one like Matthew. He is nearly impossible to get in touch with and very rarely answers the phone. After weeks of working, Matthew killed the deal. I do not recommend working with this firm.

        Horrible working with Mark Hankin. He never answers his emails or gets back to you promptly to help give you the answers you need to move your case along. Would not hire him for anything. Completely unprofessional.
