        I worked with Yakov and ended up trading in a few watches for a special occasion timepiece. He was courteous, to the point, did what he said he was gonna do, fair and a pleasure to deal with. In the last few years as the market for high-end watches took off, a lot of similar outfits have forgotten the importance of good customer service - not these folks. Would highly recommend Yakov and his team.
