I ordered food, and tasted it. And cancelled the next day and they are refusing to give my $350 back. They are thieves!!! I signed no contract with them.

I absolutely love Jenny Craig and it has helped me lose weight without being hungry.  The beginning is always hard adjusting your life style, but once you get the hang of it with the food you like the weight starts coming off quickly.  The Great Neck center has been so supportive and understanding that each individual is different with unique situations for each client.  The goal is to lose weight to be healthier and they completely support you through the whole process.

They are thieves. I cancelled my order the day after I started bc the food tastes terrible. They refuse to give me my money back. They are trying to steal $350 from me.

My rating of this Jenny location is high because of the personalized approach, immediate help when I need it, and the availability of the foods and snacks and shakes to help me shed the extra weight. Being on Jenny has helped me learn how to eat properly on my own
