        Working with FREE ( for 15 yrs) has been a less than great experience. Very unprofessional management and understaffed , with blatant favoritism amongst certain peers. Hence the fact, that they have lost two ten year colleagues along the way. HR is obsolete to say the less. Anything higher than a supervisor goes unseen, If I could give less than one star I would, Management treats staff poorly. All individuals should be treated equally but never are . Rules go out the windowwhenever convenient to management . The whole agency is a disgrace towards the intellectually and developmentally disabled people. The higher ups need to acknowledge staff and the people they serve and make corrective actions.
