I work up the road on rt 111. About a month ago, I stopped in and James helped me. He came out to my car and said he had the same exact make and model, and gave me a few tips, and was so nice. I stopped in last week to get a new wiper blade and James replaced it so fast I didnt even know it was done. It turns out I got the wrong one. I needed the one for the driver n got the passenger. I purchased another one and, He advised its better to replace them both at the same time. I told him he was a great help and what a great personality. I will never go anywhere else. James goes the extra mile for his customers and is so pleasant.

In 2024 its now more important than ever to cherish fantastic customer experiences. We want respectful, kind, efficient and accurate experiences when we go to spend our money. Ive been auto parts shopping for years, in and out of autozones and advance auto. Ive never really noticed anything special until I went to my now favorite store Autozone Hauppauge and its due to James, think hes the assistant manager. James is all of those compliments above in addition to provides a perfect customer experience. Nothing is ever a problem for James. Please promote James to the manager and he can create and train the staff to be like him. Thanks James
