I went for a last minute, first time wash & blow out. I have very thick hair but done correctly & with experience, it blows out beautifully & smooth. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I specifically asked on the phone if the person doing the blow out was good. The receptionist reassured me. I was extremely disappointed. She just kept putting more & more moroccan oil and product in it. The front pieces were still stuck to the frame of my face because it was never put through the hairbrush. I had a concert to be at in an hr. I actually had to get someone to REWASH it. I left with it wet, went home and blew it out beautifully MYSELF. An hour out of my life I'll never get back. Plus $10 tip for a terrible blow out and $20 tip to the wash girl because I didn't have change and had wasted enough time. On a positive note, I must say that I was contacted 3 days later by who I believe is the owner ("Joanne"), who offered a complimentary blowout with another stylist. To me that is a sign of good customer service. At least they tried. I was grateful for that. Update: 2/14/24 Once again a complete waste of time and money when all I wanted was a good wash and blow out. The young girl who washed it barely wet my entire head before she added hardly enough shampoo. Did not leave the purple shampoo in as you're supposed to with blonde highlighted hair.I spent $60 in 18 minutes just to go home and wash the 22 products that were slathered through my hair by the woman who blew out my now, gold, yellow hair. I walked out looking like a wet cat died on my head! Is this really too much to ask????

Marisa is amazing! I absolutely love the way she colors, cuts, and styles my hair. I used Stephanie this past weekend for a blow out and she did an amazing job with my hair. I got a ton of compliments and didnt wash my hair until today (reluctantly) lol
