The two one star reviews are from several years ago and since I've had a completely different experience I thought they aren't really a fair assessment of the staff and place, at least imo. Especially since one didn't even say what their problem was. My first appt there I was over twenty minutes late and I almost had to reschedule, which was my fault, but they said I could wait and maybe the Dr could see me after the other patients and they still managed to squeeze me in almost immediately. They didn't have to do that, I was the one who screwed up and misjudged how quick I could get there. And this was near the end of the day for them. I've had several appointments since then and everyone there has been very polite and professional with me. I've also seen them do the same for other people who arrived late. In the same respect, these are people with families, they're not your servants, they're dealing with Covid and having to wear masks all day long, maybe make sure to show up on time?
The office, equipment and everything is also very new and modern, very clean, and since it's NY after all, their Covid precautions are very on point. Stonybrook in general is a very top notch Hospital, University and health care system and this particular department is no different. Seriously, disregard the other two cranks.

The recepionist name with rechael is so rude and doesn't know how to treat with patient. No politeness. It was raining and i just got late by 24 mins and she made me rescheduled the appointment and made me go Southampton. Worst Experience ever in the Cardiology. She didn't even asked the doctor that if she can see the patient. The next my Uncle was flying back. Such a worst experience
