        They are a ripoff and Verizon helps them to rip you off.almost a month and a half after the return .Verizon still charges me . Only a few months with Verizon and I switched four lines to a different provider .dont use them and you will save yourself a lot of headaches and save a lot of money. Im still fighting about my charges the answer below from Verizon is only for show. Dont trust them.
