Company cold called me. They were very rude and would not tell me where they got my contact information. They would not give me their supervisor's phone number. Super rude, I wouldn't trust them to do business with.

I would not call this place a coin shop but a pawn shop. I went in with a 400 dollar coin. I got a kid that viewed the coin looked at it and said "It's worth 10 dollars". I gave him details about the coin and he had to go back and get a book about that type of coin. Even with the book in front of him he couldn't get it right. He called an older man and he just glanced said yea he's right and offered half the vaule and lowered the grade. I would avoid this shop for serious coin collecters. This is a place where people who don't know or don't want to know about their coins go to get ripped off.

Awful experience with them many, many years ago. My fianc (now husband) went there to get my engagement ring. I dont know why he went there when I had told him about someone else that was affordable and reputable, but he wanted to surprise me I guess. The jeweler there, Tana I believe her name was, wrote the appraisal and said the stone weighed more than what it actually was. I took it to a reputable jeweler to reset the stone because I didnt like the setting and something about the stone seemed off to me, so I found out when he weighed it in front of me, which that jeweler failed to do for my husband in the first place. Luckily he went back and made them weigh the stone and they had no choice but to give his money back. Theyre crooks there. This was a long time ago but I would never recommend them for ANY business!
