When I had some liquid damage to my laptop keyboard, PC Clinic came to the rescue! Previously, I had been given something of a run-around from other chain/franchise stores. They were unable to help or even unwilling. After a search, I gave Boris a call. He was true to his glowing reviews and was incredibly understanding, pleasant, and knowledgeable about my particular situation, even with a notebook that was somewhat atypical. He was upfront about the fix, the time, the cost (which all seemed appropriate and generous to me), and spoke to me with mutual respect (something that had been missing at the other place). Thank you Boris!! Hope to throw more work at you sometime in the future (although hopefully not too soon!)
