This office is fantastic!! The staff is very helpful, efficient and friendly. They are kind and compassionate as they know their patients suffer with facial and neck pain. They go the extra mile to be responsive especially in an emergency situation. Dr Tanenbaum is wonderful too!

I don't know if the doctor is any good because Carol the Gate Keeper had no interest in helping me. She is only concerned about whether a potential patient is willing and able to pay the almost $1,000 for the consultation and x-rays ($540 is for the actual consultation, and they don't take any insurance.) She informed me they have no time until the end of May. I explained that I'm in horrible pain right now and have already seen a pain management specialist who doesn't do trigger point injections in the face (for TMJ pain). I asked if there's any availability sooner than May, but all she could do was ask if i would pay $1,000. Since she represents the whole practice, I can only assume that the entire practice has no compassion at all and is only interested in taking far too much money before they even know whether they can or will help you. I hope Carol is happy with her terrible behavior and utter lack of compassion for a person who literally said she is desperate for pain relief.

I have been a patient of Dr Tanenbaums for almost 12 years. Ive received excellent care at all times. Dr Tanenbaum truly cares about the welfare of his patients. His staff is beyond excellent! Im treated with courtesy, respect and warmth. You cant find better care anywhere!

Look no further than Dr. Donald Tanenbaum if you are suffering with jaw pain. Dr. Tanenbaum wasted no time diagnosing the issue and putting me on a path to recovery.
I had been suffering with excruciating jaw and ear pain. I was at my wits end! I struggled to find a doctor who would hear me out before jumping to conclusions. Dr. Tanenbaum listened. He was also very compassionate. He spoke to me on a level I could understand rather than using medical jargon that was over my head.
With Dr. Tanenbaums expertise, plus Physical Therapy, I'm thrilled to say that I am pain-free!
Becoming a specialist in treating orofacial pain requires a commitment above and beyond dentistry. There are not enough doctors like this out there. I consider myself very lucky to have found Dr. Tanenbaum.
